The following are standard payment options: In Person: Cash, Credit Card (less than $250) or Certified Check., Online : I-Pay (Licensed Business Buyer) or Wire Transfer

Domestic Buyer: Day vehicle was awarded + 2 day(s)
Foreign Buyer: Day vehicle was awarded + 4 day(s)

Payment is due by 5:00PM branch local time on payment due date
Late Fee: $50.00 or 2% ( whichever is greater)

Vehicle Pickup

Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm (ET)

Each provider has a set of requirements for pickup. Once your vehicle purchase is complete and the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions (times, address, etc.) to pick up your purchase. This email serves as the release form used to pick up your vehicle.

Branch yards close earlier than the offices to allow extra time for pullout/loading.

Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. For the pickup status of a purchased vehicle, please call 877.272.6665.

Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property.

Purchases must be secured within 5 business days of purchase. If the vehicles are not picked up within this period, IAA will pick up the vehicle and transport it to our nearest facility (standard fees for transportation and storage will apply). Number of free storage days: Day vehicle was awarded + 4 day(s)

Storage Fee: $40.00

Branch Notes

Use the branch manager's e-mail for all location-specific questions, including registration, inventory and auction information, ect. We sell to the public along with licensed dealers and dismantlers. Vehicles are sold "as is, where is". No cash over $500. Public buyers must give a $100 deposit before each auction and pay with certified check or money order. Payment must be made by the close of business two working days after the auction day. A Late Fee and Storage will be applied starting on the third working day after the auction day. Everyone must move from RUN and DRIVE vehicles when the Auction starts.
