Driving Directions

Driving from I-40 East or West, take I-49 north to Exit 62 in Fayetteville. At the light turn left onto HWY 62. Drive approximately 13 miles until you come into Lincoln, AR. When you pass the Welcome to Lincoln sign we are the immediate right entrance. From Tulsa, Oklahoma, take I-244 E/US-412 E towards Joplin, Travel 10 miles and merge onto I-44 E/ US-412 E, continue onto US 412-E for 60 miles before merging onto US 412 E/US-59, follow US 412-E, 11 miles, until reaching Exit for AR-59 S. Take this Exit and turn left (south) on AR-59 S, Continue on AR-59 S for 15 miles before turning left (east) on US-62 E, destination will be on your left in 8 miles.

Vehicle Pick Up

Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm (CT)

Each provider has a set of requirements for pickup. Once your vehicle purchase is complete and the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions (times, address, etc.) to pick up your purchase. This email serves as the release form used to pick up your vehicle.

Branch yards close earlier than the offices to allow extra time for pullout/loading.

Vehicles can be picked up on sale day. For the pick up status of a purchased vehicle, please call 877-272-6665.

Transport drivers and towers are required to wear a highly visible safety vest anytime on IAA property.

IAA loaders are not permitted to lift anything greater than 11,000 lbs. Transporters must have the correct equipment, the qualification to use the equipment and acknowledge they are solely responsible for loading these items.

Purchases must be secured within 5 business days of purchase. If the vehicles are not picked up within this period, IAA will pick up the vehicle and transport it to our nearest facility (standard fees for transportation and storage will apply).
